Thank you for supporting Honey Flint. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During collection launches, holiday periods, or particularly busy times, processing may take slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia. Aus wide shipping is offered at a flat rate of $15. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where available. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as Honey Flint cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Honey Flint is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders
International shipping may be available on selected products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply within their country.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photographs of the artwork
Photographs of the packaging
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Returns & Change of Mind
As each artwork is produced in limited quantities and handled with care, Honey Flint does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before purchasing.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
